Language: Japanese "Preoccupied with a single leaf, you won't see the tree,
preoccupied with a single tree, you'll miss the entire forest."
I'd like to have the sensibility to be able to capture and feel the entire scene from the tree to the forest while carefully taking in the details even of the veins of a leaf.

Less things are more powerful than pictures telling stories.
We draw inspiration from them, they can excite us and soothe us.

To be able to reach peoples minds and hearts, these pictures need to be surprising and beautiful, then they will draw you in.
It is most amazing when you create from scratch, put in all your sense, taste and innovation and have something in the end,
that has the potential to be understood by millions of people.
The ultimate work: to move, entertain and communicate.

I am always working very carefully with pictures.
Because you can understand the theme and the world view when you discover a picture's strength and delicacies, whatever genre it is. To me it is important to be able to produce higher quality productions, finding the best way to make the picture stand out more by hearing the story from the picture speaking to me.

「Spring Visitor」 2011

Since being one of the pioneers in the Japanese advertising industry with the establishment of a digital image production,
always studying the newest digital technology and realizing a great variety of ideas, a long time passed.

However, the policy to always bring CG to the state of a photograph, with it's delicacy and taste, keeps living on.

Simultaneously the photos he keeps taking as his personal works are by now exceeding thousands.

They are all the result of the collective lens he developed by himself 30 years ago.

Most of the beauty of the light and shadow in his works is further enhanced by the unique look of this lens, transforming them with a soft focus in pictures with a wonderful atmosphere.
